Our goal is your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your
order, you may return. The return period is 30 days following shipping date. We do not accept COD charges. If you decide to return your order, please call or email us to get your authorization number. All
returns are freight prepaid by the client, unless we made an error in order
processing or shipping. Shipping charges will not be refunded and a 15 % of the total of the order will not be refunded either for restocking fees. Articles returned for a credit must not be open and must be in a suitable state for resale, with all components intact. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure the article is well and securely packed so as to avoid damage during shipping. You will be
notified of your refund by email. All products must be returned in the
original purchase condition. IMPORTANT: returned orders with missing items
or broken merchandise will not be accepted. No reimboursement or exchange on the following products (unless it's our mistake): Clothing, boots and pet tags.
All packages are shipped via Canada Post or Nationex. To be eligible for Nationex shipping, someone must be present to receive the order. If not, the order will be send back at us, and extra charges will apply. The shipping costs calculated by the system are not always correct, and for this reason we have the right to ajust all rates. If a correction must be done, we will contact you. Shipping costs are determined according to weight, volume, distance, and chosen means of delivery. The type of shipping must be specified when you order. We are not responsible for orders delivered late. When an order is considered lost by Canada Post or Nationex, according to their terms, we will either reimburse or replace the items. We reserve ourselves the right to modify the type of shipping, if the delay is the same.
Please inspect your package carefully upon receipt. Damaged deliveries should be refused and left with the carrier because damages occurring during the transit are the responsibility of the company making the delivery. If the condition of the package is questionable, ensure that the delivery person takes note of it before you sigh the receipt voucher. If you do not do this, establishing claims could be made very difficult or even impossible. Please, notify us immediately if you receive a damaged package.
